New "Fram"- Oil filter strap wrench, to be used with a 1/2" Ratchet or with a 1/2" ratchet adapter. Can be used on filters up to 6" in diameter.

To use: Install nylon strap around filter to be removed. Twist metal piece counter clockwise to create tension on strap. Insert ratchet and twist off filter.
